Chris and Trevor oversaw the major redevelopment of Discovery Park in Kent, in a joint venture with Palmer Capital plc. The site was acquired with vacant possession in 2012 from Pfizer, who opted to reduce production and sell the facility. While retaining a presence of site staff numbers were scaled back from 8,000 to 600.
Flaxby Park is a 400 acre former golf course set in a picturesque location on the outskirts of Harrogate, near to the A1 motorway.
Teesside International Airport is located on the border of Stockton-on-Tees and Darlington.

From humble beginnings as a market trader alongside his father, Hartlepool-born Chris developed an eye for untapped commercial opportunities at a young age. After building up a network of fruit and veg shops in his home town with his family, Chris set up his first company JCM Group in 1990 by sourcing and selling second-hand shop racking to groceries and supermarkets for a profit.
Chris Musgrave has been honoured with an OBE. The Hartlepool-born entrepreneur was recognised by Her Majesty The Queen in the 2019 honours list for services to business and the community.
Terms have been agreed for the sale of the former Manston Airport site in Kent to RiverOak Strategic Partners (RSP).
