The Collision Investigation Unit for the Cleveland and Durham Constabularies based at Wynyard investigates all fatal collisions and accidents on the roads of County Durham, Darlington and Cleveland.
The three-acre site on the Durham-Cleveland police border was identified as the perfect location for experienced officers to go about their work including getting quickly to incidents. Chris negotiated the land sale with constabulary, ensuring all requirements were met.
Such negotiations, especially when it comes to the public sector, can be complex with many hurdles to overcome but Chris’s experience of working with government and other agencies ensured the sale concluded positively.
