The development of a ‘state of the art’ 140,000 sq. ft facility on behalf of Nifco UK Ltd, who are a leading car part manufacturing company.
The project was complex in terms of build design, planning and construction, but due to the experience of Chris and his team, the facility was completed on time, within budget and to a very high quality.
The build is now a showcase manufacturing facility for the North East of England, safeguarding hundreds of jobs and allowing the company to compete European wide.
