OFP Timber Frame supply and install structural timber frames to the residential market in Kent and the South East.
Working closely with public sector partners, an agreement was reached for OFP to purchase land at Discovery Park in Kent for a 20,000 sq. ft unit to house a new factory and warehouse space, securing around 40 jobs.
Chris’ team led on the sale and helped to facilitate the build, including connecting the new factory to all essential services and utilities, integrating with the complex systems at one of the South East’s leading science and business locations
